Abstract:

The article presents a psychological approach to the study of the area sustainability issue in the context of solutions of urban development problems. The author provides a qualitative description of psychologically adaptive and depressive morphotypes of urban environment from the perspective of manifestation of urban construction features affecting the mental state of a person as a subject of urban planning and consumer of urban planning services.
