Small business in Irkutsk: barriers and prospects of development

Abstract:

The article attempts to analyze barriers and prospects of small business development in Irkutsk from the standpoint of this segment’s representatives. Economic, state legal, sociocultural barriers were considered. The authors analyze small business owners’ opinions about business development tendencies in the region.
