The sociological interpretation of the concepts ‘ideology’ and ‘ideological project’

Abstract:

The article provides the historical analysis of the concept ‘ideology’ and reveals a wide range of its sociological interpretations. The purpose of the study is to present the ontological difference between the concepts ‘ideology’ and ‘ideological project’ where the author regards the ‘ideological project’ as a social phenomenon; describes its essential functions and mechanism of affecting the social fabrics.
