On the issue of Terrorist Crimes

Abstract:

In the present legal realities, terrorism is an extremely aggressive negative complex social phenomenon that has become widespread over the past decades, both in the world and in the Russian Federation, this negative criminal phenomenon threatens the economic and social well-being of each state, its sovereignty, security and health of its population. The article examines the main signs of terrorist crimes, and the characteristic features of terrorist activity, an in-depth criminal law analysis of some elements of crimes is made. Examples from law enforcement practice are given.
