Functional peculiarities of the etiquette unit «Apology» in dialogical speech

Abstract:

The paper analyzes the functional peculiarities of the etiquette unit «Apology» in dialogical speech. In particular, it highlights its basic functional characteristics. The conditions and factors of its successful use in dialogical speech are studied and analyzed. As a result of the analysis it was established that the functioning of this unit corresponds to the basic principles of politeness and cooperation, the observance of which can contribute to the successful implementation of interpersonal communication interaction.
