Abstract:

The article substantiates the role of humanitarian organizations in shaping modern society. The process of the humanistic movement formation both in the US and Europe and in Russia is regarded to achieve this purpose. The feature of this article is that the author has analyzed the contemporary humanitarian organizations examining their performance and efforts in a public environment.
